Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Sendtromart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
